Hi everyone,

My SIP provider (Vivo) recently started adding +55 to the SIP headers, and now all my DIDs have stopped working.

I need to update the DIDs in 3CX to match this new format, but I don’t want to lose the existing configuration for each one — I have many DIDs and reconfiguring them manually would be a lot of work.

What’s the best way to adjust the DID numbers without losing their current routing/settings?

Thanks!

  1. use the 3CX Configuration API / XAPI to rewrite the DIDs
  2. make a backup, modify it / edit the DIDs, restore it
  3. ask your provider
  4. use a non 3CX SBC in front of the 3CX to reformat the called number

SORRY, I forgot:
point 0:
create a suitable import file for the DID and import it

CSV:
Code:
+551234,204,Name4
+551235,205,Name5
+551236,206,Name6
+551237,207,Name7

Sometimes it can also be the simple solution.

The simplest solution would be for the operator to revert the parameters, but I've been waiting the whole day for that.
For now, I’ll import the duplicated DIDs to work around the issue.
Thanks.
