VLAN Phones

I have a number of cisco SPA504G phones and I need them for various reasons to be on a VLAN. I successfully get the phones onto the VLAN, but as soon as I send them the provisioning file from 3CX it kicks them off the VLAN and I lose my connection to them. Does anybody know how to get them to stay on the VLAN? Thanks.

Did you modify the phone provisioning template so that the VLAN is included and the phone will know?
