VM configuration

Hi,
I am new to 3cx coming over from a FreePBX system on Sagoma. I purchased a new Grandstream GRP2616 for one desk and cant seem to find any information on how to configure the Voice Mail access from the phone. I have 2 SIP accounts setup and working with independent DID's and can make and receive calls fine. I have a couple VM showing on the system for one of the accounts but can not find out how to access them. I have tried all the ways I am familiar with from the past FreePBX system but nothing seems to work. Can anyone point me to a clear step by step to configure the phone to access the VM on the 3cx system? BTW I have a local SBC server running as well if that makes any difference.

Please note that multiple accounts directly on the device are not tested neither supported.
However you should be able to access voicemail by dialing the default VM number(if PBX is 3 digits press 999).
