Vm move from VMware to Nutanix

Hi everybody,

I need to move a lot of vm from vmware to Nutanix AHV. I use the tools from Nutanix it's Move.
Work perfect for all my Windows and Linux Server until now.

I tried to move a vm 3cx v16. Everything works except the IVR, any idea why?

Not sure what is going on with the IVR.

Is it answering but not receiving or acknowledging the DTMF tones?

What does your log show when you call the IVR?
