Vodafone Greece Sip trunk issues

The SIP is connected directly on the provider's modem on the port that they specified for Voice IP (SIP).

The Internet (thus the Server-3CX) is connected through the EdgeRouter.

What can I do to check what's happening on the WAT side?

If indeed there is a WAN side - has the provider given you any information to go on ? there could be a direct connection directly to their network (I setup something similar for TATA communications the other week - similar to this setup from Singtel: https://www.3cx.com/docs/asia-sip-trunk-singtel/

They made a specific WAN port (that I have connected on NIC 2 on Server) on their modem for SIP trunk which is the IP 10.10.0.2. I don't have any other information.

So ive PM'd you the setup I did (and documented) for the TATA setup I did - I think by the sounds of it, its the same method - on premise 2 NIC cards and direct connection to provider - you could probably get some useful information from this .
