This is my first post here. I'm hoping someone will be able to help me please, although I may need to log a support request.
A colleague has found a strange issue, which first occurred a few weeks ago. I was unable to replicate it at the time, but she's called again recently to say the same thing is happening. This time, I've managed to replicate it, although I'm not 100% sure how.
You create a voice conference for say, 2:30pm. The correct time is displayed on the web client. However, the email invite adds 1 minute to the start and end time.
Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this and how to resolve please? It's not really the end of the world, but doesn't look very professional.
In a later test, I've found that if you start setting up the conference and the computer clock increases by a minute before you send, the time changes. If you're really quick, so the clock doesn't change, the email sends with the correct start and end times.
We're currently on version 15.5.15502.6, if that helps at all.
