Voice Conference Limits

I am looking for some information regarding the participant limits for a voice conference. I'm seeing 50 audio streams. How does that work in relation to the license?

https://www.3cx.com/ordering/pricing/features/ has a quantity of 25/100/250 for "Maximum no. of participants."

Per my notes, "within a video conference call, the max number of:

Audio Streams is 50
Video Streams is 16

This means that if you have a Ent License key, you can have up to 50 participants sending/receiving Audio, out of which 16 can also be sending Video from their Webcam, and the remaining 200 participants can receive the Audio and Video the other participants are transmitting."

For regular conference calls (not web meetings) each participant counts as a simultaneous call.
