Voice directions

Hi,

I put an audio file converted by 3cx into a queue.

I have no Sound when I call the queue.

I had to update the voice directions

Do you know why?

Hi, regarding the audio file, did you convert the file using this tool ?

From the queue are you able to play the audio file using your extension?

Yes I converted it using this tool.

I could also hear it from the administration menu.
