SVI? You mean IVRs or CFDs? And what "voice guidance"? Like a GPS or like a voice command?

EDIT: You're wanting to navigate an IVR using Voice?

If you have a look at our CFD, it has Speech to Text capabilities. Using that you can create a custom IVR.
