Hi,

Thanks for any insight in advance, has anyone ever had an issue after swapping out a gateway and suddenly the connection to remote branches looses audio.
When I mean remote I mean offshore the same-country connection seems to be working fine however offshore connections dropped audio. The issue happened when we switched out the gateway to Unifi's XG-Pro and while we maintained the same configurations the issue persists. Rebooting the gateway helps mediate the issue temporarily (1 or 2 days) then it returns. The gateway connection is over PPPOE and we do get a new external IP but Im not sure if that is what solved the problem.
Again thanks for any help I really need a direction to continue my investigation.

We also disabled SIP ALG

What does the firewallcheck say? Portforwarding correct?

Thanks for your reply. screenshot for firewall check. We are using Unifi's XG-Pro.

Did you reboot the system after changing sip alg and ports? Try to reboot Unifi and 3cx and check again.

Yes rebooted many times. If we rebooted it will work one or two day. Issue appear again.
