Voice mail disabled for this extension

Hi all!

We have a strange problem - ONLY two extensions are returning a 'Voice mail disabled for this extension' voice message when someone calls from an external line. These two extensions are reachable without any issues from other internal extensions.

Tried so many things to no avail...any ideas please?

I would check you are actually landing at the extension you think you are from the external side. It's possible the forwarding rules are sending you to another extension's mailbox or similar.

Now this is odd! see attached

The external line is reaching 3CX but its immediately diverted to voicemail! and its happening only on these two extensions

check the forwarding rules and look at if the extension is registered.
