Voice Mail not saving message.

Hi,

I have found that when a caller leaves a voice mail message, it is not saved unless the caller presses the # key at the end of the call. Many callers fail to press the # key and we don't receive their message.

Is there a way to automatically save the message when the caller hangs up, even if they don't press the # key?

The message should be saved even if the caller hits no key at the end, and just hangs up. On my outgoing message, I say nothing about pressing any key at the end of the message, and I get all of my messages. At least no one has complained that they left a message and i didn't receive it.

There may be something else going on, with your system, hardware perhaps?. Did this just start recently, or, has it been going on from the beginning? Does the 3CX log show any issues?

A quick thing that comes to mind if you have an antivirus allow all the services to pass though your firewall assuming again you have a firewall/antivirus

This issue has been occuring since 3CX was installed. When calling our number from an external line I also sometimes have a long pause (15 to 25 seconds) before hearing the 'Leave a messaage' message.
