Voice mail - skip message?

Hi,

When we access a voice-mail, is there any way for a user to skip the welcome message, and go directly to record his voice-mail?

Currently, pressing # ends the call, and any other key transfers the call to the reception.

No, unfortunately not, this has been requested in the past. You would have to go into the VM system via the digital receptionist.
