Create six extensions with mailboxes

Direct incoming trunk to attendant.

the next related issue is how to set greeting for extensions, and how to link myphone client to unregistered extensions.

You would need to temporarily register an extension for each mailbox, to access the menu, allowing you record a message.

As for Myphone...Can't help you there as I don't use it, myself. I would assume that you would have to have an extension registered to make use of it. http://www.3cx.com/blog/myphone/
