Voiceflex - Event ID 30051 "Unidentified incoming call"

Hi all

running v20 U1 with Voiceflex trunk and i'm seeing a lot of event ID 30051 in the logs.
Are these spam calls coming in? They look a bit odd.

Those calls seem like Spam calls.
Check the events guideline here and also please contact your provider to clarify from where those calls are coming.

Theo, i've just noticed the invites are xxx@PBX IP and not the SIP Trunk

Many times that will happen if Invites are sent to an IP address rather than the 3CX FQDN, which is usually an indication of SPAM.

This can indicate Spam calls which also has to be clarified with the provider.
