Anyone out there using VoiceFlex for their SIP trunks?
We have been using them for a few years now without any issues, but with some of the recent service packs we have run into to issues with the DDI not presenting.
After, much appreciated, help from 3CX on our ISDN gateways, the config of which was unchanged since V7!, I suspect we may have a similar issue with the VoiceFlex trunks.
There is no built in VoiceFlex Template, so it would be useful to know if anyone has recent experience configuring VoiceFlex trunks and which template they used.
