Voicemail Callflow is too complicated, Recording without entering "0"

Hi,

if a call is forwarded to the VMail, some further keys are currently necessary to save the recroding the exit the menü. This is way too complicated for our client.

Is there any way to allow the recording without any or only with one key (like #)?

Hanging up will save the recording as it does with pretty much any voicemail system.

Hello @3cxisti

As @cobaltit mentioned terminating the call after leaving a message will save the voicemail. You can modify the prompt to account for this.
