Voicemail can't view on mobile app or win app.

Hi Just notice, that all of our voice mail can't be viewed on the app but only shows on the email?
Is it possible to view to the app?

Is your email options for voicemail set to send as attachment and delete from mbox? If so you will want to change it to send vmail as attachment.

just to confirm right, so once i setup as "Send vmail as attachment" it will send an email and still keep into the voicemail tab in the app?

Yes, send vmail as attachment will send an email and leave it in the mailbox either until deleted manually or by your voicemail system cleaning options.
