Voicemail default recording "Press *"

I wanted to change the default voicemail prompt but if can't in StartUP can "press * to contact the operator" be set up to actually do something? The way it is now if the caller presses "*" it says "to save recording ..." it is a prompt with no meaning or practical purpose.

Regarding your question, you may record your own vmail greetings messages for your extensions, which will not inform callers to press *.
