A client of ours notified us recently that they were not receiving any voicemail attachment emails to their Google Groups address. The initial configuration worked but, it appears, that has been non-functional for at least a week or more now.
The errors showcased in Google's Email Log Search:
Received from an SMTP server with IP address: 168.245.58.221 (TLS enabled)
250 2.0.0 OK

A few searches in the Community have shown that, possibly, this is related to a 3CX-side flag on sending to a specific address to protect it's reputation as a sender.
We use the 3CX SMTP server. Is this something that we can fix by having that block cleared or do I need to revert back to having each extension using a separate email for voicemail attachments/notifications?
