Voicemail EXT's showing replaced by another EXT

What the title says. Extension voicemails and queue voicemails are being replaced by another EXT (same EXT every time) once the caller hits the correct extension.


Any suggestions? See screenshot.

Perhaps you could elaborate on the flow of these calls. Is there call forwarding involved?
