VoiceMail: Initializing TimeZone conversion failed

Hello!
Can anybody explain me why I get this error in VoiceBoxManager?

|Err(01)| Initializing TimeZone conversion failed

I get voice messages stamped with GMT instead of my time zone..

Im using 3CX v7

There is an error "Initializing TimeZone conversion failed" then the voice message left at 18:12 gets stamped with GMT time 16:12
vmail_yyy_103_20090519161227

Could it be a problem of local software firewall?
Port 5485 is open though...

Any help would be appreciated

Port 5485 is open and 3CXSLDBServ.exe is allowed in the local firewall (plus all other 3CX requirements of course).

Can anyone help?
