Voicemail Issues

First I apologize if this is not the right spot to post this. But when a user has a voicemail message and tries to play it after they hit the star key it says sorry i did not hear you. I have tried to search the issue but have found nothing on this. Can someone please help me.

When you say " hit the star key it says sorry i did not hear you"
can you send us more information about what is exactly done?
Are you using the 3CX application to listen to the voicemail or it's a physical deskphone?

we are using a physical deskphone and when you hit the voicemail button enter the pin it says you have 2 new voicemails hit star to listen to them then you hit star button and then the voice prompt says sorry i did not hear you

You could open a ticket with us, on this matter so that we can request the logs and have a look

yes but support is extra and that is why i am asking on here we are a small company.
