Voicemail notification on phone

I'm having an issue with voicemail maybe can help me with.

Even when I have set the option to "Send as attachment and delete from mbox" I get a BLF notification in my phone I can not clear. I'm missing some setting I should set to avoid this? How can I recover from this as I have no messages in the mbox but I still have the light and mbox icon on the phone.

The phone in use is an SPA504G from Cisco. I don't remember having this issue before but I can pinpoint if it's since v11 or some of the SPs that appeared.

I have had the same issue occasionally with my yealink phones, from what I was told, it is busy network traffic on your lan and the send message light on arrives after the send message light off. A quick reboot of the phone clears up the message indicator.

I think there has been a request to 3cx as why they would send the message light indicator if a extension is setup for forward to email.

In my case a reboot doesn't fix it and I doubt we have a busy network as it would be noticeable in other things.
I have to end rebooting the 3CX System.
