Voicemail Options

Quick explanation
I am wondering if there is anyway on either 12.5 and 14 to disable options after leaving a voicemail.

Better explanation
When people call into our system and leave a voicemail. They will record their options and hit "#" after that they listen to the option and if they choose "#" again it exits the system without leaving the voicemail. Is there a way to disable the option to exit using "#" the second time or just disable having any options after leaving a voicemail.

I don't recall ever seeing an option to do that, but, you could suggest it, as a feature.
