Voicemail Recording Question

Hi All,

We are implementing a 3CX system in our office and are using all Yealink T42G phones. We are running into the issue of only being able to have 1 voicemail recording option from the handset. This is tough for some of our staff as right now we can have 2 voicemail recordings (Away from Desk) and (Custom Out Of Office) and toggle back and fourth. Without installing the softphone on all of our staff's PC's is there any way from the phone that you can record different greetings for your different profiles like Away, DND, Business Trip?

You can give the users management console access to their own extension and they can record the greetings through there. Unfortunately that also gives them access to other call handling features and blf's of their extensions so depending on your users/environment it might be too much access.
