:( Voicemail service keeps shutting down...

For some reason my Voice Mail Service (IVR) keeps shutting down. in my Event Viewer it says that it terminated unexpectedly.
This is on a Windows 2003 Enterprise server, I have also installed it on another PC (Windows XP Pro) with same results. I have had the VMail system working fine in the past and have not done any updates.

Runing the latest Beta release.

Has anyone else had this issue?

Does it shut down after or during leaving a voice mail message? Or just at random times?

it just shuts down as soon as the server comes up. I tried to restart the IVR services, but after a few seconds (2-5) it shutd down again.

Used to work fine, but for some reason i can't get it to stay runnign anymore.. Same exact issues with second machine running win XP Pro.
