So I have been getting notes from customers stating that they are receiving a lot of blank voicemails. In my mind this typically means that the caller hung up after getting the voicemail message and it was short. So I started investigating and under settings->voicemail I have this set to 2 seconds

This setting appears to be directly tied to this parameter but notice that the parameter value is supposed to be in milleseconds so this means discard voicemails at 2 milleseconds.....which I am not sure anyone can hang up that fast.

3CX support please correct me if I'm wrong but I think the 2 seconds should be stored as 2000. Thanks.

Mine shows as 2. No complaints.

Hello @bigdessert

The value is correct and should be in seconds. You could do a simple test and try to hang up within the 2 seconds and see if you get a voicemail notification. You can then try exceeding the 2 seconds and test the same.
If you perform a clean install the description in the parameters is correct. I am guessing you restored a backup of an older system where the description is different.
