Hello. We have tested system emails coming to us and they are nearly instant when we send a test email.

For voicemail to email, our first message took 16 minutes to get emailed to us after the message was left. The other problem is the timestamp on the actual audio message and in the email is off by 6 hours. We left the message at 11:26am but the timestamp when we call voicemail to retrieve says 5:26pm and the received time in the attached email shows 17:26 or 5:26pm as well.

Any ideas on how to fix the delay issue on the email as well as the incorrect timestamp in the email and when calling voicemail to retrieve the message?

We're running the latest Debian version of 3CX.

Thank you

I would be very interested in seeing those files once you catch the problem. Once you have them please let us know so we can take a look or if you have the ability to open a ticket please do so and send them there.

I am very interested in the resolution to this as well since we have the same issue for one of our users. We are running 3CX v15sp4 and onsite exchange 2013. The system emails seem to come through fine, just having issues with the voicemail attachment notification that we know of right now.

I have uploaded the logs to 3cx and created a support ticket. Below is the updated response I received from 3cx. So will be waiting for the next SP which sounds like it's right around the corner.

Hello,
After looking into the files you provided us with, we found that the specific VMail that had been left ran into a known issue that exists in the current service pack of V15 (SP5).

While we cannot do something actively about this now, I am happy to say that in the upcoming service pack which is currently available in Beta, this has been addressed, so once you upgrade after it has been officially released, you should not have to worry about this happening again.

Please let us know should you have any further questions or inquiries.

I have seen this as well and even more troubling and at least IMHO rules out the smtp server/relay is that whenever this happens the VM is not showing up at the handset. When one gets stuck, it seems to get released when another VM is received by that extension. This is starting to create some major issues at my company.

We have noticed the same issue in our office.
