Voicemail to email wrong display name

Good morning,

We are using the "3CX SMTP server" to send emails. The voicemail to emails we received are with From: "3CX Communication System - Tom Lee" and in the email header, the display from is From: 3CX Communications System - Tom Lee <[email protected]>
I looked at the VoiceMail template, the From (Display Name) is %%CALLER%%

Does anyone know how to change the voicemail senders to "3CX Communication System" and From: 3CX Communications System <[email protected]>

Those lines are added when using 3CX SMTP, nothing you can do to change it.

If you want that control you will need to use your own SMTP.
