I see this is a new feature using Google API.
Is the Google side generally free - or does it work out costing ££? Seems to say first 60m is free then the rest chargeable?
May I ask - does the transcribed text appear in the general voicemail email for all users once this is set up, or can it be selected users only? (e.g. I expected the voicemail pulldown to say "notification email only" "notification email with voicemail attached" and "notification email with transcribed text".
May be obvious but not set this up or played with it yet. Don't quite know end users views on sending voicemails to google yet lol
