I wanted to enable voicemail transcription. GCloud offers a whole bunch of differently priced options. I am not sure which one to choose. Does anyone know?

It's just the standard pricing. Just enable the API in Cloud Console and setup the key. It will bill automatically for what 3CX uses (which is the standard model.)
