Voicemail Translation not working

We just update our API key for our speech subscription. I noticed that in the logs we are getting an error of "SPEECH CreateSocket: Unable to connect to the remote server". In the documentation is shows the API endpoint is api.cognitive.microsoft.com...... but in our azure portal it shows the endpoint should be
https://westus.api.cognitive.microsoft.com/sts/v1.0. How can we update this things will work correctly?

They both goto the same place as far as I can tell.
My Bing dashboard shows api.cognitive.microsoft.com

You are likely using the free option correct? That works for few days and you max out the transaction calls. You have to go to paid.

For everyone's benefit here is some cost perspective when switching to paid. I checked mine and had 1.26K over last 30 days with just under 50K transaction calls. Billing from Azure for that period showed we rang up a bill for just transcription of $15.10. Hope that helps folks navigate what to charge, etc.

Our volume is minimal... most folks forward extension to their cells when not in the office.

Looks like we are on FREE SERVICES until 4/28... but my Bing Speech API has expired under the "Free Azure account" section. So - not the "free offering" per se.

Further on what YanceyWorks reported: From 3CX log it appears that pbx 'reaches out to microsoft' every 10 minutes or so. In one month that's 4,320 hits or call tokens for a single pbx. It doesn't take too much to hit the 5,000 free transaction ceiling if you have multiple pbxs using the same azure account. For a recent one month I had 550 calls registered and 29k call tokens.
