voicemail wrong in digital receptionist

Hi

I use several digital receptionist with a prompt. I exactly let people press 2 to go to the voicemail of a certain extension. But...... it goes not to the voicemail of that certain extension but to the voicemail of the first extension I ever made.

Can anyone help?

I think I had an issue like that where the extensions were a little messed up somehow. I ended up deleting the problems one and adding them back in. All my issues were cleared up.

Not the best answer but it worked. Restarting the services might have worked too but I didn't try that since it was on a semi-production server at the time and was running out of time.
