Voicemail

Hi guys,

Is there a way to have the phone dial voice mail and then automatically dial the extension for you? At the moment I'm having to dial and still manually enter my extension to access voice mail even though 3CX phone is set-up for only one extension.

There is an Advanced Parameter in the Settings > Advanced Settings > Custom Parameters : VmailPin i think that's what it's called i cant remember exactly right now.

The above option will enable all Extensions to do what you want. No one will have to enter a PIN to enter their Voice mail.


Unfortunately to answer your next question: No, you cannot activate this specifically for only your extension, it can only be done for all Extensions.
