Hi

I have a hosted 3CX system and unanswered calls go to a certain extensions voicemail.

When a message is left the quality isn't brilliant, bit jumpy.

When someone goes to voicemail, is this message coming from the phone or the pbx? and is the message saved on the phone or pbx?

What version and OS of the 3CX phone system are you on?

It is on a hosted V15.5 3CX Linux system.
