I've just installed the 3CX system as a trial for an internal phone system and I also bought a pair of Sipgate USB Starter Kit phones to experiment with. My problem is that when I use the Softphone with out the phones I can hear the ring tones etc on the PC's speakers via the sound card. But, when I connect the phone the computer's sound card is still used. I've tried both the headphone and telephone setting in the softphone. The phone box says that the phone should use it's own inbuilt sound card. Am I totally off the track here or is there something I am missing in the setup/configuration?
