Hey Guy's

Anyone come across this issue before, I downloaded the free version of 3CX version 5 wanting to see if it will work for our company using a DVG6008S VOIP router.
So far all is fine except when making a call, neither party can hear voice and when receiving call's voice is only heard one-way from the outside caller.
Seem like something is blocking voice from inside the network...(if that makes sense)

Any advice?

Thanx

Re: VOIP call's not working correctly

Your VOIP router could be the problem. There are serval thing you can try:

1) Buy another router without VOIP
2) Change 3CX voip port to 5070 for example
3) Unbind VOIP application in your router (see manual or router)

Is your firewall check ok?

Its not specified in your post if you are using the Dlink as a VOIP gateway? Or are you using a VOIP provider? If you are using it as a VOIP gateway then you must use a supported gateway, which the Dlink is not. See a list of supported VOIP gateways on our support page.
