VOIP gateway recommendation for UK ISDN30

Hi - just wondering if anyone has a recommendation for a hardware VOIP gateway for use with a British Telecoms ISDN30 circuit (30 channels)

I want to mirror our existing PBX configuration (an old Avaya INDeX) to a 3CX install and then, hopefully, pull the RJ45 out of the INDeX and into the VOIP gateway... never quite as easy it sounds I know, but you get the idea.

Hello Dom,
Patton gateways do seem to be really reliable. I should go for that.
