some time if Internet gose down, the voip line become "Status: Not registered" but when the Internet is up why the voip line not regiter it self I have to press register line button.

I don't know the exact sequence of delays but if memory serves me right each time a registration fails, 3CX will attempt to register again after a lengthier delay. At some point the delay between attempts becomes quite long and manually registering is faster if you are aware when internet is restored.
