Hi,
We have trunks with Voip.ms.
I am having some issues getting the inbound callerid to get forwarded to CellPhones.

if someone calls in and the call gets sent to the extension. That extension could have a mobile number, but the forwarded call doesn't get the original caller id. it just gets the standard outbound. "company name & phone number"

I have setup a test inbound number to goto an extension that will go out on a specific trunk that I can play around with.
there were more options in v18, but now that I am on v20, the Caller ID options are just

From: Display Name
Remote Party ID
P-Asserted Identity.

and the Convert caller ID to E164

right now it is sending out the Caller ID name as the inbound caller id and the number is my trunk number
I am trying to get it to pass things straight through.

do I need to edit the xml template?

VoIP.MS does not support clip no screening, it means you can only present as caller id the numbers associated with your account.

Following up from Aejandro, for calls forwarded to mobile you can utilise the "Rebound" feature to help with call screening:

Or of course, instal the 3CX mobile App and get the initial call ringing directly on the user's phone without the need for any forwarding.

Best,
KS.

Funny... they do for me. I use them almost exclusively to sent calls to my mobile using the Ring my Mobile at the same time feature to show the original callers number.
