I am getting some weird issues with 3CX and voip.ms
I setup a new 3CX system as I am decommissioning my freepbx systems.
My test system and line worked fine. so I created the new extensions and moved the sip trunks to the 3CX machine. I am now getting a hit and miss on outbound calls. It seems like the Outbound parameters in the voip.ms template is wrong. I had to put in a custom value for the Contact: User Part and From:User Part, to get the outbound call to start working.
We have multiple sub-accounts and multiple DID's going to the sub-accounts.
Also, if I put in the extension "Name" <number>, which I used to have in FreePBX, it fails the call.
According to voip.ms "Name" <number> is valid to send them. it seems to be another issue in the Outbound Parameters.
