I am facing an issue in 3CX with the VoIP provider Wavix. Wavix it's a suggested VoIP provider from 3CX, so they are strategic partners.
I have multiple SIP Trunks on my 3CX and only Wavix wants the dialled numbers to be in E164 format.

I manage to make it work by disabling the E164 Processing settings because it was replacing the + with 00. Is it possible (and correct) to set a rule or use E164 Processing settings to replace 00 with +?
The other SIP providers don't mind if the call is placed in E164 format or with 00.

Is anyone facing similar issues? What is the best tactic for this situation?

Thank you in advance!

Quite a few providers require E164 format for their numbers (with or without the +). Here are help pages from two providers that show how to do it:
You can apply the rules to a particular route so that they only apply when directing the call through the Wavix trunk (route).

Thank you for your response Marconi. I'll give it a look. I know that I can handle it by creating different outbound rules but that is not the convenient way. If it's the only way though to handle this, I'll give it a try.
