I am facing an issue in 3CX with the VoIP provider Wavix. Wavix it's a suggested VoIP provider from 3CX, so they are strategic partners.
I have multiple SIP Trunks on my 3CX and only Wavix wants the dialled numbers to be in E164 format.
I manage to make it work by disabling the E164 Processing settings because it was replacing the + with 00. Is it possible (and correct) to set a rule or use E164 Processing settings to replace 00 with +?
The other SIP providers don't mind if the call is placed in E164 format or with 00.
Is anyone facing similar issues? What is the best tactic for this situation?
Thank you in advance!
