Hi,
I'm new to 3CX and just registered a 3CX StartUP account.

I'm trying to add a new SIP Trunk for Vox (I already have a VoIP account with them). In the configuration guide it says that I must select the country, etc to add a SIP Trunk, however ZA is not one of the listed countries and VOX is not listed under the other countries.

Am I missing something? How can Vox be added?

Hi @Optinuum

Not all the providers that are compatible with 3CX are compatible with the 3CX StartUP platform. Only the providers in the drop down box during the configuration wizard can be set up and used.
