Vrs 20 Reporting

Good Afternoon All-

I have a customer on Vrs 18, and they utilize Reporting for the majority of their Bonus program for their employees. We have multiple reports set to run daily, and they are emailed to the supervisors-

Their License is coming due in a few weeks- Is it possible to Renew the license as Vrs 18, or will we have to upgrade to Vrs 20 first, and any news on when the new reports will be out for Vrs 20? I can probably buy some time with the customer, but they rely on those reports-

You can renew your v18 license just fine, but don't wait until the last day.

If you are using the reporting for bonus calculations, I would encourage you to have a look at JEDWare. We have made it possible to report on the actual time an agent participates in a call and not just give the agent full credit for calls where they only partly participated.
