vTiger CRM integration with Leads

Hi,

I'm using 3CX cloud trial version V20 U2 (build 175).

I'm testing the integration with vTiger (cloud) and have configured the CRM interface as below. CRM lookups to Contacts works well.

However, I'm looking at the 3CX documentation on vTiger integration here:
Doc
where in Section 2 it says Leads lookups can be enabled

... but the integration configuration in 3CX here does not match the documentation.

Any ideas? I really just want to know if 3CX allows Leads lookups in vTiger as well as Contacts.

The leads lookup is only available when you use the server side CRM integration. You're using the client side integration, that's why it's not there. What edition of 3CX are you using? It seems you don't have this feature....

You've put me on the right path and yes I can confirm that the FREE edition does not have the CRM integration. I've asked for an upgrade for PoC testing.

You're using the SMB anyway, PoC won't give you the integration. It's still a shared system.

You need to move to a dedicated system (Pro or Enterprise.)

Thanks, I've been in touch with 3CX sales who have advised that I can spin up a 2-month trial PRO system.

Yes, correct, that's what you need to have that feature. 3CX Pro or Ent, on-premise, self hosted or hosted by 3CX. But the SMB Edition doesn't have server side CRM integrations.
