Trying to integrate our 3cx with Vtiger but am getting this issue. Anyone know what could be causing this

In the PBX is the Vtiger url with https:// before the FQDN ?

It is yes, i have followed the instructions for the vtiger integration on the 3cx website

The 404 Not Found error is from the CRM as this is related with the vtiger domain, maybe you need to confirm this first.

Hi Theo,

Odd the domain has a valid SSL and there is no issues getting to it from any other device.

You may create a support ticket so we can check this further.

That Not Found error is because you're using an on-premise installation, which is not the latest version of Vtiger. Your instance doesn't support the new REST API, and that's why you get this error.
