vtiger setup errors

I am having issues with vtiger setup. i have both vtiger and 3cx on same server and was attempting to integrate them. I come up with a connection issue. as below:

Started scenario with empty id

Started Auth

Request text: https://COXXXX-TXXT.3cx.com.au/vtigercrm/webservice.php?operation=getchallenge&username=username

System.Net.Http.HttpRequestException: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.

---> System.Net.Sockets.SocketException (10061): No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.

I have tried "localhost" instead of the FQDN but same error. Any ideas? or suggestions?

Hello @ob1kty,

In first place, please note that the integration has been tested with Vtiger on the cloud. An on-premise installation might not work, depending on the version you use.

In any case, the error you're getting means that 3CX can't establish a connection to the Vtiger web server. The FQDN COXXXX-TXXT.3cx.com.au resolves to your local IP address? Are you sure your Vtiger is listening on port 443 (HTTPS)? Or should you be targeting port 80 (HTTP)?
