Self Hosted is on Vultr, in the portal it says the install status is self managed. Clicking the upgrade button does nothing but log me out.

I cannot find the steps to install V20 and restore my config, recordings, etc to the new install and apply my license. Can someone point on where i can find how to do that?

The upgrade procedure can take anything from 15-30 minutes, and in some extreme cases even up to an hour.

It is essentially performing TWO operating system upgrade in addition to the PBX upgrade.

You will just have to be patient.

In the case where you just want to take a backup of the system in Version 18, and spin up an ISO, you can do the restore during the installation process.

I would highly recommend using a supported hosting provider, or hosted by 3CX to host your machine if you are going to deploy a new machine.

i kicked off the upgrade at 4am est. It's still on V18 as of 915am est. This is my second time trying this.

The upgrade might also not go through if there are any modifications on the system.
The upgrade script checks for modifications in several areas and aborts the upgrade if any of these are found so as to not brick the system in the attempt to upgrade.
Especially if this is the case, I would suggest that you get a full backup of the system and redeploy restoring the backup.
Even if you want to attempt to revert any modifications you have done on the system and try to upgrade again, please get a full backup of the PBX and download it before doing so.

That was my original question, just deploy to a new vm and import the backup from v18?
